Carol Blum
Founder, President
Carol Blum is the president and founder of LPG Mechanical Contractors, Inc and of Affinity Gas Services. She over 30 years experience in all facets of the industry including heavy equipment, service, customer relations, gas fired appliances, and financial services. She is knowledgeable regarding domestic retail sales, wholesale, OEM, catalogue sales, direct sales, and leasing and government markets. Carol is a loving mother of two children and grandmother of six. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids when she is not working to keep her company as one of the highest certified gas service companies in the State of Florida.
Brad Blum
Owner, Vice President
Brad Blum has been working in the service industry for over 40 years. He holds Master's state certificates in all facets of the gas industry and specializes in residential, commercial and industrial gas fired equipment. Brad is a father of two wonderful children, grandfather of six wonderful grand kids, US Navy Veteran and a die-hard Gator fan. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and friends when he is not working to keep you comfortable.
Matt Blum
Owner, Vice President
Matt has over 20 years of experience in the service industry and is proud to lead the company with hands-on expertise and a customer-first attitude. State certified and highly skilled in residential, commercial, and industrial gas-fired equipment, he works hard to deliver comfort and quality on every job. Outside of work, he enjoys glamping, coaching soccer, and spending time with his wife and two kids. He holds several Master Certificates, including 06-01, 08-03, and 08-04.
Zach Purvis
Service Technician
Zach’s background spans multiple trades, including plumbing, welding, carpentry, cattle ranching, and diesel mechanics. His diverse skill set and problem-solving mindset make him a reliable and knowledgeable member of the team. Away from work, Zach enjoys spending time in nature hunting, fishing, and camping with his wife and their two sons.

Anna is the friendly voice customers hear first. She keeps the team organized and schedules running smoothly with her attention to detail and upbeat attitude. A devoted wife and proud mom, Anna finds joy in the simple things- fishing by the water, camping under the stars, and getting lost in a good book. Whether she's spending quality time with her family of enjoying the peace of the great outdoors, Anna brings warmth and care to everything she does.

Ryan brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, building projects that are bigger, better, and stronger with every job. A true craftsman at heart, he takes pride in quality work and lasting results. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him camping under the starts with his wife and three kids, cracking dad jokes, and embracing all things green. A family man with grit, heart, and humor, Ryan makes sure every project is something worth smiling about.
